Letter to Builders and Developers

Along with being a Landscape Architect, my experience as a Design Build Contractor for twenty years and my twelve years on a local Planning Commission (final year as chairman) has given me a unique perspective regarding the design process, and how it can affect professionals in the industry like you.

I realize that although I have won my share of awards, design is not an end in itself. You don't just need a pretty picture on a piece of paper. You are looking for solutions that enhance your projects, can be built with a reasonable effort, meet a budget, and get through the maze of approvals with minimal effort. I believe my design and installation experience, product knowledge and time as a Planning Commissioner can help you do just that.
