Grading and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans

J Duggan and Associates is licensed to perform has been involved in numerous Erosion and Sediment Control Plans over the last few years.  Most of the plans these projects have ranged from simple Grading/E+S Plans for pool installation to consultations regarding large projects over 50 acres in size. Our small size allows the principal to be involved in every project no matter how small. Such attention assures our designs can be completed in a more timely and cost effective manner than the bigger land design firms

Doing the plan however is only half the battle. We stand behind our designs and will work with the client to navigate the maze of regulations and permitting processes to insure a timely delivery for approval.  In short we won’t let you get lost in the shuffle.

In order to offer comprehensive services we have teamed with similar sized Engineering and Surveying Firms located in the Valley whose flexibility and low overhead match our own. This team can tackle any project throughout the valley and Northern Virginia Area providing as comprehensive a solution as required, while at the same time avoiding the overhead costs associated with the larger firms.

We are also familiar with the new Stormwater management regulations adopted by the State of Virginia and will work to have both the Grading and E+S Plans work with the Storm Water Management Plans in a timely and consistent manner.
